Crystal Ciszek
Crystal Ciszek is the Founder and Principal of Summit Partnership Group, bringing more than a decade of experience across behavioral health, ABA, operations, sales leadership, technology and strategic partnerships.
Her career began in the field, working directly with children with disabilities, before growing into leadership roles across operations, expansion, business development and partnership strategy. That blend of field experience, operator perspective and technology side growth leadership gives Summit a practical understanding of what organizations need in order to scale well.
Crystal has worked closely with founders, operators, executives, clinical leaders and technology teams, helping bridge the gap between vision and execution. Her work centers on building relationships that matter, creating growth systems that last and helping organizations position themselves for their next stage.
